Easy to install and appears to fit our 42" x 42" table well. However, it is too soon to say how it will hold up to a Wisconsin winter and strong winds. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is there are no written installation instructions included or any "how-to" video on company's website. Called to ask for specific instructions which would confirm our installation is correct before harsh weather arrives, but friendly representative advised there are none. I realize this is not rocket science, but am concerned that if we have not attached or adjusted the elasticized hem, locking drawcords and buckles correctly and the cover tears after the 30-day "no questions asked" return period, replacement cover would not be provided -- when it would be very easy for company to post a "how-to" video on its website or include written instructions with the cover to assure proper installation.It doesn't fit as shown in the ad picture. As long as you secure it with the cinch cord or other tie downs, it works fine. Wind can remove it from normal height table. I wish it was a bit longer since when it is cinched, it shortens the coverage a bit. But the table is protected and dry through several rain and wind storms so far.
