I was very excited for this case to arrive! I’ve been desperate for something like this! My case arrived in a damaged open box. I pulled the case out an saw a very large crack on the back/bottom portion of the case. I had just put all my stuff in the case before I realized it! I’m disappointed that I have to unpack it and ship it back. The case is made out of some kind of thin pressed wood and right at the attachment for the metal attaches to the case for it to roll.I desperately need a case so I just requested a replacement with hopes that this isn’t just a quality issue. I gave it two starts since I requested a replacement in hopes that I don’t have this issue again.I bought this as a gift for my mother for Christmas. She is a costumer and tailor, and takes about 5 cardboard boxes with her for a job. She was blown away but the amount of storage in the case. Having compartments with move-able dividers really allowed her to customize how she wanted things stored. What really impressed me was they included an extra lid. Now when she goes to work, she brings the entire case with her, fully stocked and locked with all her stuff. Whenever she gets a call to go repair a costume on set, or run to a trailer or hotel room for a fitting, she can grab the 2 or 3 trays she needs, throw the spare cover on them and be out the door.This case was a game changer for her!There a lot of compartments and you constantly have to take it apart. It is heavy, to put in your car, but it does hold quite a lot of stuff10/23/15: The retractable handle has become nearly impossible to move. The latches on the side come loose at times so I have to be careful when taking it in and out of the car. The interior of the bottom portion has two glass display tops that have started to fall apart. The sliding shelves stick.If you want this to use once and a while then it is sturdy for occasional use but for a professional it is not recommended. I have had it less than a year and it is falling apart. Not worth the money.This was the best purchase! the case is great quality, it has four wheels so it is easy to push and my favorite part is that the compartments inside can be adjusted to fit your need. I am so pleased with this purchaseIt’s not sunrise. I think I’m still gonna keep it just don’t know how long it’s going to last. It’s cheaply madeExcellent, our daughter loves the functionality and professional appearance.I usually don't write reviews but WOW! this case exceeded all expectations.There is SO much space. I was able to fit over 200 polishes, Poly gel tubes, all of nail tips different sizes and colors, large uv/led lamp, eFile, over 30 cases of nail decorations all different colors of glitter and foil. holographic powders etc,. EVERYTHING I need and more. the wheels are super smoth (even on Carpet) the bottom sections open and slide out for easy access and can slide in while open to be more compact. it is very heavy duty so it does have some weight to it but honestly what else can you expect with a case so well built.
