Oem, perfect fitPurchased this for Samsung wf328aaw/xaa as my fabric softener was not dispensing, this solved the problem. I will also add that during my troubleshooting of the valve no problem was noted with the operation of any one of the valves or solenoids on the unit. the voltage to each of the solenoids was correct as was the fact that water was being released at the correct timing as well. after further investigation, I discovered that in order for water to reach the softener tray the water volume must be IDENTICAL from two of the four valves on the unit for it to work properly as it uses two opposing water streams to direct the water into the appropriate channel. This after market part was a little different in outside appearance but it was a perfect fit and worked with out flaw. Saved a lot of money by not having to replace my washing machine. Win WinReplaced a 5 years old Samsung frontload washer problem with rinse and spin cycle stuck with a display message of 'nF' - This is an error code for 'No filled' and related to the cold water valve feed cycle. It's also fixed the problem with fabric softerner tray that did not drain off during the rinse cycle. Package deliver within 3days and took me 20min to replace. Very happy with the right part and its save me $200.00 in service call and labor from a local appliance repair service. Here is the disassemble instruction from youtubeCold Water Inlet Valve (part #DC62-00214M) - Samsung Washer Repair instruction[...]Received item within 48 hours and it is a perfect fit at an affordable price.
